Please read these Terms and Conditions before using www.lowriellis.com. Your access to and use of www.lowriellis.com (referred to as ‘Service’ is on condition that you accept and comply to the Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with the Terms and Conditions please don’t use this Service.

This Service is run by Lowri Ellis using the Squarespace hosting and ecommerce platform.

Accuracy of Information on this Site

At www.lowriellis.com we try and make sure that all the information is accurate. However there may be times where the information on the Site is inaccurate or incomplete or out of date. All specification, product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display our products, including dimensions, colours and texture, however the actual colour you will see can depend on your computer system and so may differ slightly in person.

The product photographs of the quilted textiles aims to show true colour and texture, however given the nature of how these products are made (with upcycled, reclaimed and hand dyed fabrics) there may be areas of colour that have variable shades or colours.

We reserve the right to remove any product at any time and to refuse access of the Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order on www.lowriellis.com you are offering to purchase a product and therefore the information you provide in purchasing the product is true, accurate and legal. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order, we retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we sell.

Payment Terms

We accept payments via credit card or Paypal. We sell our products on the Squarespace ecommerce platform, if you’d like more information on that platform please read on the Squarespace website.

When using Paypal for payments please refer to their Terms and Conditions.

Payments must be made and authorised within 3 working days of the order being place. If payment is not made within 3 working days then the order will be cancelled and the product added back on to the website for sale. You may purchase the product again in this instance if you wish.

Shipping and Delivery

All products are shipped using Royal Mail First Class. For more detailed information on Shipping and Delivery please refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Intellectual Property

All products, photographs, text, artwork, images, video and audio (referred to as Materials) on www.lowriellis.com are the Intellectual Property of Lowri Ellis. All consumption of these Materials is for personal and informational use. You may not recreate, copy, use, resell, or steal designs without first contacting Lowri Ellis. Any unauthorised copying, alteration, distribution, display or other use of these Materials is prohibited.

Disclaimer of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our Service will be secure or error free.

In the event of loss, damage, personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever will not be covered by Lowri Ellis.
